Living in Victoria, and particularly on Vancouver Island, is a blessing. It's nice to know that within a short distance we have the means to get away from the stress and drama of life in a city.
Waterfalls are fascinating. From the sound of the water as it moves over the rocks to the smell of the surroundings, there is something peaceful and profound in their beauty. Vince is drawn not only to the sound that a waterfall makes, but also by the action of the water as it produces motion and sound.
This little waterfall is found on a river flowing from Grant Lake in the Cowichan Valley just off Old Port Renfrew Road, near Koksilah River Park.
